We are looking for a travel agent, who is passionate about traveling - specially in Africa.
You will have to work with travel requirements made for business or holiday.
Also you will provide tourism services and package tours on behalf of us.
The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and sell them the best they need
You will get Video trainings and study materials about Safari, National Parks, animals and traveling type possibilities - all about our destinations .
Responsibilities
- Plan and sell ready made tours and also make holiday plan on client request - Safari, accommodations, other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of accomodation/ transportations, travel dates, costs and services
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers - we will provide you with materials
- Book tour, make hotel reservation list and collect payment/fees
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
- Enter data and maintain client files
- Maintain statistical and financial records
Requirements
Will to work as a travel agent
You are the boss of your time and boss of your incomes - as much as you sell as much as you earn.
Knowledge of computer systems McOffice
Fluency in English and at least one of other language ( like Russian, Duch, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Lituanian, Estonian )
Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Personal travel experience to East Africa - Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda will be considered an advantage
